Delivery and Support

The US$119 book price includes standard shipping to supported addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are not supported by this offer. We check your destination before opening payment. Use the agreed delivery state at checkout. If an unsupported address is supplied and we cannot resolve it, we refund in full.

Tell us your gift date in the private intake. Before payment we agree the expected production and shipping schedule, including when we need complete material and approval. Delivery depends on the address and carrier. We distinguish dispatch from arrival. If the book is expected after the gift date, you must expressly accept that arrangement.

We send the complete proof for your approval. We submit only the approved revision to print and provide dispatch or tracking information when available. Please check the delivery address and report changes before print release; we confirm whether a later change is still possible.

We contact you if we cannot meet the agreed shipping schedule, provide a revised date and explain your cancellation and refund options. Where your consent is required for a delay, we obtain it rather than treating no response as agreement. We do not replace your agreed date with an indefinite wait. Missing material or delayed proof approval is discussed with you; it does not justify silently changing the schedule.
