The USD $119 book offer is one personal 36-page hardcover about one person, written and designed from material you supply. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. The US$119 total includes standard shipping to a supported contiguous-US address. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are not supported by this offer. We confirm scope, destination and timing before payment. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. Additional work or copies require a separate agreement.

You can save a private draft and submit stories and photographs for material review without paying. We check whether the packet can support the book and whether we can produce and deliver it for your destination and date before we open checkout. We do the writing and layout after payment. A fictional digital sample does not guarantee a particular paper or binding. Keep the confirmation and the terms supplied for any order we later accept.

We agree the production and shipping schedule before accepting payment. It depends on complete material, your proof approval and the supported destination. An intake timing estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. If print would arrive after your gift date, we explain that and require your express agreement. We will not assume that silence means you accept a later date. See Delivery for delays and changes.

You review the facts and complete page proof, request corrections and approve the final revision before print. Fact corrections are free; wording corrections are included within the agreed scope. We discuss a new brief or extensive rewrite before undertaking additional work or charging for it. Approval does not waive your rights if we fail to follow the approved proof or supply a faulty product.

Supply material you have permission to share and use in the book, including photographs, quotations and contributions. Explain the purpose to contributors and respect other people's privacy. Do not submit confidential, unlawful or unnecessarily sensitive information. Tell us about any restriction or withdrawal of permission before proof approval. We may pause work to resolve permission, accuracy or safety concerns.

We shape the material you supply using writing and design tools with editorial review. We do not invent real-person facts, attributed quotations, memories, signatures or likenesses. You help check names, dates, captions and wording. Our Privacy Policy explains how material is processed.

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of supplied material. You allow us and the providers needed for an accepted order to process it to produce, deliver and support your book. The finished book may be kept and shared for personal use, subject to those rights and permissions. Our reusable templates and production tools remain ours. We ask for separate permission before using customer material in public marketing.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Nothing is sent to print without approval. Once print production has started, changes may no longer be possible. The Refund Policy explains cancellation, proof concerns, damage and delivery problems. Late contributions are not automatically included in an already approved or printed book; we discuss what remains possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable New Zealand consumer guarantees and mandatory protections in your country. New Zealand law governs these terms, subject to those mandatory protections and any court rights you have. Please contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively change an accepted order.
